Our goal is to find responsible, forever homes for
each retired racing greyhound in our care.
Welcome to our site! While visiting you can browse our photo galleries of dozens of happy hounds, learn more about why greyhounds make wonderful pets, get greyhound information in general, read stories and see pictures of greyhounds who have found new homes, and of course meet greyhounds currently in foster care hoping to find their new families very soon!

Greyhound Quilt by Linda
Our owner Linda Tritchler, has created a masterpiece and donated it to Run For Adoption as a fundraiser. It is a stunning piece of work which is simply not done justice by one photo alone. The quilt consists of dogs who have all been through our program and subsequently placed in new loving homes, thanks to the work of our trememdous volunteers.
The quilt measures 6.5' x 7' and is of the highest quality fabric and workmanship.
Raffle tickets can be purchased at $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00. They will be sold through the summer at our greyhound events, and can also be purchased by sending an email to board member and Run for Adoption Representative, Trish at trish@runforadoptionmt.org.
The money generated by this fundraiser will be used to support the dogs we receive from tracks until we can find homes for them. Costs vary per dog, but to make sure they are in the best health when rehomed, these funds go towards neutering costs, vaccinations, feedings, and medical expenses that arise throughout their stay in foster care.
